Barrow v Notts County
This will be the first Football League meeting between Barrow and Notts County since the 1969-70 season, when the Magpies completed a league double over the Bluebirds.
Barrow have won four of their last five home league games against promoted clubs, drawing the other 1-1 with Wrexham this season, with their last such defeat coming against Harrogate in March 2021, when the Bluebirds were also newly promoted to League Two.
Barrow and Notts County are the only sides yet to lose any points from leading positions in League Two this season.
There have been 20 goals scored across Notts County’s last three league games, with 11 goals scored and nine conceded.
Bradford City v Swindon Town
Bradford have lost two of their last three league meetings with Swindon (D1), after having only lost one of their previous six beforehand (W4 D1).
Swindon are looking to pick up back-to-back league victories over Bradford City for the first time since August 2015 (run of four).
Bradford City lost their last home league match against Walsall, and could lose consecutive home games for the first time since March 2022, a run of five.
Swindon’s Remeao Hutton has created the most chances in open play of any player in League Two this season (25).
Colchester United v Morecambe
Colchester have won just one of 10 previous League Two meetings with Morecambe (D6 L3), a 1-0 away win in October 2018 under John McGreal.
Morecambe have never lost in five previous League Two visits to Colchester (W2 D3); only at Southend (6) have they played more away games in the Football League without ever losing.
Colchester United’s Jayden Fevrier has completed the most dribbles of any player in League Two this season (31).
Morecambe have made only five total changes to their starting XIs between games in League Two this season, the only side still in single figures.
Crawley Town v Wrexham
This will be the first ever Football League match between Crawley Town and Wrexham; the Red Devils have only lost one of the last 14 occasions they have faced a new opponent for the first time in the EFL (W9 D4), a 0-1 defeat to Sutton United in October 2021.
Crawley will be Wrexham’s 108th different Football League opponent, and the second new opponent this season, after AFC Wimbledon, who the Red Dragons drew 1-1 with in August.
Crawley have won their last three home league matches, scoring at least three goals in each game. They last won four in a row at home in April 2022.
Wrexham have scored only three goals in five away games so far this season in League Two (0.6 per game), compared to 20 goals in six home games (3.3 per game).
Gillingham v MK Dons
This will be the 18th Football League meeting between Gillingham and MK Dons, but the first to come outside of League One.
MK Dons won their last league trip to Gillingham 4-1 in September 2021, never before winning successive visits in the Football League.
There have been 11 goals scored in open play in Gillingham’s games in League Two this season (5F, 6A), the second fewest of any side’s games after Harrogate Town (10).
After starting the campaign with four wins from five in League Two (L1), MK Dons are since winless in six league games (D3 L3).
Mansfield Town v AFC Wimbledon
Mansfield have won three of their four previous home games versus AFC Wimbledon in League Two, drawing the other 1-1 in September 2015.
AFC Wimbledon have won just one of eight previous meetings with Mansfield in League Two (D2 L5), a 3-1 home win in January 2016.
Mansfield Town remain the only side yet to lose a game in League Two this season (P11 W4 D7) – only Crewe (10) have earned more points from losing positions than themselves (7).
AFC Wimbledon’s Ali Al Hamadi has had the most touches in the opposition box of any player in League Two this season (86).
Newport County v Harrogate Town
Newport have won three of their six previous League Two games against Harrogate (D1 L2), although did lose this exact fixture last season (2-3).
Harrogate have never kept a clean sheet in six previous League Two meetings with Newport County, conceding 15 goals overall (2.5 per game).
Both teams have scored in each of Newport County’s last seven games in League Two, their longest run of such games since November 2018 (8).
Harrogate Town have scored only four goals in open play this season in League Two, the fewest of any side.
Salford City v Crewe Alexandra
In four previous League Two matches between Salford City and Crewe Alexandra, the side playing at home has won each time.
Crewe have conceded exactly three goals in each of their last three league meetings with Salford: a 1-3 defeat in December 2019, a 0-3 defeat in August 2022, and a 4-3 win in March 2023.
After losing five consecutive league matches, Salford City have since won two on the bounce, and could win three in a row for the first time since April.
Crewe Alexandra have won the most points from losing positions of any side in League Two this season (10).
Stockport County v Doncaster Rovers
Stockport are winless in six Football League meetings with Doncaster Rovers (D2 L4), with these spanning from 1990 to 2023.
Doncaster’s only win in their last five Football League trips to Stockport (D2 L2) came in April 2005 (4-2).
Stockport County are looking to win six consecutive games in England’s top four tiers for the first time since March 2008, when they were ultimately promoted from League Two.
After a run of just one win from 18 league matches (D4 L13), Doncaster Rovers have since won three of their last four (L1).
Sutton United v Walsall
Sutton United have never beaten Walsall in four League Two contests (D2 L2), though the two draws have come in the last two meetings.
The last opponent against which Walsall avoided defeat in each of their first five Football League meetings was Macclesfield Town in December 2019.
Sutton United are winless in League Two since beating league-leaders Notts County 5-1 on the opening day, losing nine of their next 10 games (D1).
After a run of 15 games without an away win in League Two (D7 L8), Walsall have since won two of their last three on the road (L1).
Tranmere Rovers v Grimsby Town
Tranmere have won each of their last six Football League home games against Grimsby by an aggregate score of 18-4 since a 1-2 reverse in December 1998.
Just one of the last 14 Football League meetings between Tranmere and Grimsby has been drawn, a goalless stalemate in March 2021.
Tranmere Rovers are the only side yet to draw a game in League Two this season, with three wins and eight defeats. They have won two of their last three games (L1), after a run of five defeats.
Grimsby Town have lost 12 points from leading positions this season in League Two, the most of any side.
