Centre-back: Sonny Bradley (Derby) - 9.27 rating

With a WhoScored.com rating of 9.27, Sonny Bradley features in the EFL team of the week. Having been sent off on his previous outing, Bradley returned in style as he netted twice in a 3-0 win over Leyton Orient. The 32-year-old also won seven aerial duels and made two clearances, two interceptions and one tackle in his best rated display of the campaign.

Centre-back: Harvey Rodgers (Grimsby) - 8.36 rating

Joining Bradley at the back is Grimsby's Harvey Rodgers, who did enough to return a WhoScored.com rating of 8.36 over the weekend. The 27-year-old stood firm as Grimsby claimed a fine 3-0 win at Crewe, as he won six aerial duels and made six clearances, two tackles and two interceptions.

Centre-back: Elkan Baggott (Bristol Rovers) - 8.31 rating

Rounding off the backline is Bristol Rovers' Elkan Baggott. The young defender scored his first league goal of the season as the Pirates beat Cheltenham 3-1 over the weekend. The 21-year-old struck with one of three efforts on goal and won six aerial duels to feature with a WhoScored.com rating of 8.31.

Right midfield: Gabriel Sara (Norwich) - 8.99 rating

Gabriel Sara scored his 12th league goal of the season as Norwich claimed a narrow 1-0 win at Preston on Saturday. Sara struck with one of four shots, and was unfortunate not to add an assist having made five key passes. An additional three dribbles saw the Brazilian land a WhoScored.com rating of 8.99.

Central midfield: Elliot Lee (Wrexham) - 8.72 rating

Elliot Lee netted his 16th league goal of the season as Wrexham booked their spot in League One in fine fashion. Wrexham smashed Forest Green with Lee getting the better of Vicente Reyes with one of four shots. The midfielder also made three tackles and two interceptions on his way to a WhoScored.com rating of 8.72.

Central midfield: Ruben Rodrigues (Oxford) - 8.68 rating

Ruben Rodrigues netted his eighth and ninth league goals of the season as Oxford smashed Peterborough 5-0 on home turf. The 27-year-old struck with both shots in the victory, while one key pass and one tackle helped the Portuguese midfielder to a WhoScored.com rating of 8.68.

Left midfield: James McClean (Wrexham) - 9.44 rating

Returning to Wrexham's win over Forest Green, James McClean registered a hat-trick of assists in the 6-0 thumping of League Two's bottom side. Those three assists came from six key passes, while an additional four tackles saw McClean return a WhoScored.com rating of 9.44.

Striker: Paul Mullin (Wrexham) - 9.45 rating

Paul Mullin maintained his absolutely superb form with a brace against Forest Green, striking with two of eight shots. Mullin also chipped with one key pass, one successful dribble, one tackle and one interception to claim a WhoScored.com rating of 9.45, that enough to land the EFL player of the week award.

Striker: Millenic Alli (Exeter) - 8.89 rating

Millenic Alli excelled on his first ever league start for Exeter, netting twice as the Grecians smashed Port Vale 4-2 at Vale Park. The 24-year-old netted with two of four shots, while Alli also won three aerial duels on his way to a WhoScored.com rating of 8.89.

Striker: Joe Ironside (Doncaster) - 8.73 rating

Doncaster breezed past Accrington on Saturday, with Joe Ironside bagging his 16th league goal of the season in a 4-0 win. Ironside scored with one of five shots and won eight aerial duels in Saturday's fine showing. An additional two key passes saw the Doncaster forward earn a WhoScored.com rating of 8.73.
