Bardley Collins was instrumental between the sticks in Coventry's 0-0 draw with Blackburn. The 27-year-old made eight saves and claimed two high balls on his way to a WhoScored.com rating of 8.56.

Centre-back: Jake Cooper (MIllwall) - 8.44 rating

Jake Cooper netted his second goal of the season as Millwall edged past Plymouth over the weekend. Cooper struck with one of three efforts, while three clearances and three shots blocked saw the Lions centre-back land a WhoScored.com rating of 8.44.

Centre-back: Charlie Hughes (Wigan) - 8.26 rating

Joining Cooper at the back is Wigan's Charlie Hughes, who returned a WhoScored.com rating of 8.26 on the final day of the League One season. The 20-year-old stood firm in the Latics' 2-0 home win over Bristol Rovers, making five clearances, three interceptions and one tackle in a clean-sheet attaining display.

Centre-back: Wesley Hoedt (Watford) - 8.22 rating

Rounding off the backline is Watford's Wesley Hoedt. The Dutchman was instrumental as the Hornets claimed a 1-0 win over Sunderland, making eight clearances and seven tackles to earn a WhoScored.com rating of 8.22.

Right midfield: Femi Azeez (Reading) - 9.15 rating

The star performer from Reading's 3-2 win over Blackpool, Femi Azeez was directly involved in two of three Royals goals. Azeez provided the assist for Sam Smith's equaliser on the stroke of half time before scoring what proved to be the winner in the 71st minute, those come from respective returns of four key passes and two shots.

Central midfield: Gabriel Sara (Norwich) - 9.69 rating

With a WhoScored.com rating of 9.69, Norwich's Gabriel Sara makes the cut. The Brazilian shone in the Canaries' 2-2 draw with Swansea, getting the better of Carl Rushworth with one of two shots and providing the assist for Josh Sargent's first half strike from one of nine key passes.

Central midfield: Stephen Duke-McKenna (Sutton) - 9.05 rating

Stephen Duke-McKenna came off the bench to claim the WhoScored.com player of the match award in Sutton's 4-4 draw at MK Dons on Saturday. The 23-year-old netted with two of four shots and provided one assist from three key passes in a memorable cameo.

Central midfield: Owen Bailey (Doncaster) - 8.98 rating

Doncaster enjoyed a sensational end to the season to book a playoff spot with Owen Bailey shining in their final day 2-2 draw at Gillingham. Bailey provided the assist for Joe Ironside's strike on the half hour mark, that coming from one of three key passes, and made two clearances off the line in a fine showing.

Left midfield: Ilias Chair (QPR) - 9.36 rating

The star player from QPR's win over Leeds with a WhoScored.com rating of 9.36, Ilias Chair was directly involved in three of their four goals against the Whites on Friday night. Indeed, the Moroccan provided two assists from three key passes and netted with one of four shots.

Striker: Omar Bugiel (Wimbledon) - 10.0 rating

Wimbledon missed out on the playoffs by five points but put on an end of season spectacle for their fans as they romped to a 5-1 win over Walsall on Saturday, with Omar Buigel earning a perfect WhoScored.com 10 rating. The 30-year-old directly contributed to four of five goals, bagging a hat-trick with three of four shots and laying on one assist with his only key pass.

Striker: Jamie Vardy (Leicester) - 8.85 rating

Linking up with Bugiel on the frontline, Jamie Vardy scored goals 17 and 18 for the season in the Foxes' title-confirming 3-0 win at Preston. The 37-year-old netted with two of five shots at Deepdale to secure a WhoScored.com rating of 8.85.
