Cameron Archer – Southampton

Managerless Saints produced a strong performance against holders Liverpool who are in fine form this season. After taking a two-goal lead the visitors eased off allowing Southampton to half the deficit with Archer running half the length of the pitched unchallenged before curling into the far corner past Caoimhin Kelleher.

Dominic Solanke – Tottenham Hotspur (2^nd goal)

Solanke's brace was the difference as Spurs secured a place in the semi-final at the expense of a poor Manchester United side. The 27-year-old perfectly timed his run in behind United's backline before striking into the bottom corner past goalkeeper Altay Bayindir.

Eddie Nketiah – Crystal Palace

Former Arsenal star Nketiah came back to haunt his former side with a sensational header from 12 yards out. The 25-year-old striker rose high and connected perfectly with a cross to score after 85 minutes, but it ultimately wasn't enough to force penalties.

Gabriel Jesus – Arsenal (1^st Goal)

Jesus' second-half hat-trick secured a place in the Semi-Final for Arsenal and it's his second goal that stood out. A well-timed run saw him through on goal before an audacious chip over Palace goalkeeper Dean Henderson gave the Gunners the lead.

Sandro Tonali – Newcastle United

A stunning 20-yard drive from Tonali gave Newcastle the lead against Brentford with a cleared cross perfectly finding the Italian who later doubled the Magpies' lead with a goal that proved to be vital.

Son Heung-min – Tottenham Hotspur

Son Heung-min has scored many great goals for Tottenham but this might be one of his best. After United looked to be on the verge of a comeback, the Spurs captain struck gold when his corner drifted straight in, with goalkeeper Bayindir failing to stop it.
