It's time to take a look at the EFL team of the week using WhoScored.com ratings, with the likes of Leyton Orient, Oxford, Southampton, Leeds, Coventry and West Brom all represented.

Goalkeeper: Solomon Brynn (Leyton Orient) - 8.74 rating

Leyton Orient may have earned a noteable 3-0 win at Portsmouth but they needed an inspiring showing from goalkeeper Solomon Brynn to secure all the spoils. The 23-year-old made four saves, including a first half penalty stop, and five high ball claims to land a WhoScored.com rating of 8.74.

Right-back: Kyle Walker-Peters (Southampton) - 8.19 rating

The first of two Southampton players to make the EFL best XI, Kyle Walker-Peters got forward well from right-back in Saints' 4-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday. The 26-year-old completed three dribbles, made two key passes and fired off one shot and found a teammate with 96.8% of his 63 attempted passes to make the cut.

Centre-back: Michael Rose (Stoke) - 8.41 rating

Stoke held firm to secure a 1-0 win at Rotherham over the weekend with Michael Rose solid at the heart of the Potters defence. Rose won 12 aerial duels and made 11 clearances in a superb rearguard display, while four tackles and one interception saw him yield a WhoScored.com rating of 8.41.

Centre-back: Elliott Moore (Oxford) - 8.08 rating

Partnering Rose at the heart of the defence is Oxford's Elliott Moore, who earned a WhoScored.com rating of 8.08 in their 3-1 win at Cardiff. Moore provided the assist for Tyler Goodrham's strike midway through the second half from his only key pass, and won nine aerial duels and made five clearances on his way to a WhoScored.com rating of 8.08.

Left-back: Jodi Jones (Notts County) - 9.26 rating

The star performer in Grimsby's 5-5 draw with Notts County, Jodi Jones directly contributed to four of the Magpies' five goals, taking his assists total to 16 for the season already. Jones provided a whopping four assists in the game from five key passes, while three dribbles and one tackle meant the 26-year-old was good value for his WhoScored.com rating of 9.42.

Central midfield: Abraham Odoh (Harrogate) - 9.43 rating

The EFL player of the week, Abraham Odoh earned a WhoScored.com rating of 9.43 in Harrogate's 2-0 win at Forest Green. Odoh followed up his second half assist for Jack Muldoon with a goal of his own in the 69th minute, those coming from respective returns of six key passes and three shots. The youngster also completed four dribbles and made three interceptions in a superb all-round display.

Central midfield: Callum O'Hare (Coventry) - 8.99 rating

Coventry claimed an impressive scalp as they dented Leicester's title bid with a 3-1 win over the Foxes in Saturday's lunchtime kick off. Callum O'Hare netted goals four and five for the season in the victory as he scored with two of three shots on home turf. The 25-year-old was a tad unfortunate not to end the game win an assist, too, as he made three key passes to return a WhoScored.com rating of 8.99.

Central midfield: Georginio Rutter (Leeds) - 8.92 rating

Leeds made it back-to-back league wins at Cardiff's expense over the weekend, with Georginio Rutter the star performer at the Cardiff City Stadium. The Frenchman bagged his fifth league goal of the campaign late on at the Bluebirds, getting the better of Jak Alnwick with one of four shots, while the 21-year-old was a nightmare for the Cardiff backline as he completed five dribbles and made two key passes.

Right midfield: Adam Armstrong (Southampton) - 8.99 rating

The player of the match from Saints' comfortable victory over the Owls, Adam Armstrong was directly involved in three of four goals at St. Mary's. Armstrong doubled Saints' advantage midway through the second half from one of three shots and then turned provider for Fraser and Sekou Mara, respectively, with the brace of assists coming from three key passes.

Striker: Brandon Thomas-Asante (West Brom) - 9.02 rating

With a WhoScored.com rating of 9.02, West Brom forward Brandon Thomas-Asante is good value for his inclusion in this XI. The Baggies forward bagged a brace in their 4-1 win over Blackburn, those coming from two shots. In addition, the 25-year-old also made two key passes, one tackle and one interception, marking his best rated performance of the campaign so far.

Left midfield: Abobaker Eisa (Grimsby) - 9.21 rating

Abobaker Eisa was directly involved in three of Grimsby's five goals against Notts County having scored twice and provided one assist. Eisa netted with two of four shots, while his assist for Harry Clifton's second half strike came from four key passes. The 28-year-old also completed one dribble to contribute towards his WhoScored.com rating of 9.21.
