4. Tom Eaves (Rotherham) - 8.76 rating

Rotherham endured a disappointing campaign but they put on a show for their fans on their final day as a Championship side. Tom Eaves scored twice from eight shots in the Millers' 5-2 home win over Cardiff, while four aerial wins helped the striker to a WhoScored.com rating of 8.76.

3. Darnell Furlong (West Brom) - 8.88 rating

West Brom secured their Championship playoff spot on the final day of the campaign as the Baggies eased past Preston with right-back Darnell Furlong superb in a 3-0 victory. The defender was directly involved in two of three goals, netting with one of two shots and providing one assist with his only key pass on his way to a WhoScored.com rating of 8.88.

2. Jordan Hugill (Rotherham) - 8.92 rating

Back to the New York Stadium, Jordan Hugill was the star performer in Rotherham's win over Cardiff as he netted with two of four shots, and struck the woodwork with another. The 31-year-old also won five aerial duels and one key pass in his best rated performance of the season.

1. Luke Cundle (Stoke) - 9.88 rating

The best rated player on the final day of the Championship season, Luke Cundle was instrumental in Stoke's resounding win over Bristol City. Cundle netted with one of two shots in the home victory and provided two assists from an impressive seven key passes. An additional two dribbles and two tackles saw the 22-year-old land a WhoScored.com rating of 9.88.
