Who can be promoted in the EFL on Monday?

The business end of the season has arrived, which means promotions, Play-Off spots, and survival are all to play for across the Sky Bet Championship, League One and League Two.

Here is what can happen across each division.

Promotion

Burnley will be promoted if they beat Sheffield United on Monday. Leeds United will be promoted on Monday if they beat Stoke City and the Blades fail to win at Burnley.

Play-Offs

Burnley, Sheffield United, Leeds United and Sunderland have guaranteed at least a spot in the Play-Offs.

That leaves two more spots, with every team down to 11th still mathematically able to finish in the Play-Offs.

Relegation

The relegation battle looks to go to the wire, with teams from 16th still mathematically able to go down.

Promotion

Champions: Birmingham City

Promoted: Birmingham City

Bimingham City secured promotion with victory over Peterborough United on 8 April and confirmed as champions four days later courtesy of Wrexham's 0-0 draw at Wigan Athletic.

Wycombe Wanderers hold a one-point lead over Wrexham in the race for the second automatic promotion spot, although Stockport County and Charlton Athletic are still in with a chance.

Play-Offs

Wrexham, Wycombe and Charlton have confirmed their Play-Off spots, with teams down to 10th still in the race for the final two berths.

Relegation

Relegated: Shrewsbury Town

Any side from 15th down could still be relegated.

Promotion

The League Two promotion race looks to be a nail-biter, with three automatic promotion spots available and the top four teams separated by just three points. Teams all the way down to eighth could still be promoted.

Port Vale could be promoted on Monday, but would need Doncaster Rovers and Bradford City to lose and AFC Wimbledon to drop points - this is because Doncaster and Bradford play each other the week after and therefore both sides cannot collect maximum points.

Play-Offs

Port Vale have confirmed their place in the Play-Offs, with Clubs down to 13th still able to finish in the top seven.

Relegation

Any team 18th and below could still be relegated.
