Bradford City's Calum Kavanagh has been voted as the Vertu Trophy Player of the Round for the Round of 32.

Kavanagh starred in Bradford's impressive Round of 32 victory over Sky Bet League One outfit Stockport County. The Bantams came away with a 3-2 win on the night, Kavanagh's brace the difference in a back and forth encounter.

Kavanagh opened the scoring from close range and then scored a second-half winner with a smart shot on the swivel. He caused Stockport all sorts of problems with his tireless running on both wings.

His side will tonight take on Aston Villa U21 at Villa Park, eager to go all the way in the competition for the first time in their history.
