Sonny Bradley has won the WhoScored.com Player of the Match award in two of his three league outings following his arrival from Derby. The Wycombe centre-back earned an 8.49 rating for a clean-sheet attaining display over the weekend as he won 11 aerial duels and made 26 clearances.
Right midfield: Trai Hume (Sunderland) – 8.98 rating
While Sunderland were unable to make home advantage count in their eventual 2-2 draw with table footers Plymouth, Trai Hume shone in the stalemate. Hume scored his first league goal of the season in the draw and provided his third assist of the campaign from respective returns of one shot and five key passes.
Central midfield: Jamie McDonnell (Colchester) – 9.44 rating
With a WhoScored.com rating of 9.44, Jamie McDonnell is good value for his inclusion. The Colchester star claimed his third successive Player of the Match award in Saturday’s 1-0 win over Morecambe having won 20 aerial duels, made 11 clearances and three tackles in a superb display.
Central midfield: Emiliano Marcondes (Norwich) – 8.95 rating
Emiliano Marcondes was directly involved in two of Norwich’s five goals in their resounding 5-1 win over Swansea at the weekend. The 29-year-old hit the back of the net with one of two shots and provided one assist from seven key passes on his way to a WhoScored.com rating of 8.95.
Left midfield: Mikey Johnston (West Brom) – 8.67 rating
Mikey Johnston provided his fourth assist of the season as West Brom romped to a 5-1 win over Portsmouth on Saturday. That came from one of three key passes, while five dribbles and a 95.2% pass success rate saw Johnston return a WhoScored.com rating of 8.67.
Striker: Grady Diangana (West Brom) – 10.0 rating
