Promoted: Bromley, MK Dons

MK Dons, away at Fleetwood on Saturday, will claim the title if they match Bromley's result at home to Walsall.

Cambridge United, Salford City and Notts County are all in contention for the third and final automatic promotion spot.

Cambridge United, away at Crewe Alexandra, need to match Salford's result at Crawley coupled with either matching Notts County's result against Bristol Rovers or, if the U's lose, hope the Magpies fail to win.

Salford will need to win and hope the U's drop points - a draw for the Ammies could technically see them up, but is unrealistc as Cambridge's goal difference would mean they would need a huge defeat.

County have to win and hope Cambridge lose and Salford drop points. If Cambridge were to draw, County could go up but would need to win by a huge margin to overturn the goal difference with the U's and still need Salford to drop points.
